As an IT Technical HR at our company in Nagpur, India, you will play a crucial role in screening and evaluating resumes for IT roles to meet Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements. Your responsibilities will include updating and tailoring resumes, maintaining a database of staff resumes, collaborating with the American team, utilizing AI tools for content writing, and ensuring the clarity and professionalism of all written content. This on-site position requires excellent English communication skills and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology. - Screen and evaluate resumes for IT roles, ensuring alignment with RFP requirements. - Update and tailor resumes to highlight relevant skills, experiences, and keywords as per manpower needs. - Maintain a database of staff resumes, ensuring consistency and accuracy. - Collaborate with the American team, communicating fluently in English to understand RFP specifications. - Utilize AI tools for content writing to enhance resume quality and relevance. - Ensure all written content is clear, professional, and error-free. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in Information Technology, with exposure to software development. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and key terms like Agile Methodology, DevOps, and other IT-related concepts. - Resume Screening: Proven ability to screen and evaluate IT resumes for technical roles. - AI Tools: Knowledge of AI-powered content writing tools for resume enhancement. - Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency to interact with American teams. - Language Skills: Strong ability to read and write in English. - Work Environment: Willingness to work on-site in Nagpur, India, during US timings.
