Your Key Responsibilities: - Ensure and continuously improve reliability and availability of IT-Systems as assigned. - Create capacity forecasts, calculate technical requirements and process sizing requests for life-cycles or expansions. - Participate in the design of global concepts, processes and service improvements, and relevant projects. - Monitor, analyze, and resolve performance issues, install and configure IT systems, software, firmware, etc. - Document and report on service quality, availability, reliability, compliance, and security. - Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, support local administrators in resolving incidents and problems in line with ITIL standards.
