IT Systems Eng - (APO Packaging)

Role Overview: As a member of Schaeffler, a dynamic global technology company with a long history of private ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, you will have the opportunity to partner with major automobile manufacturers, aerospace, and industrial sectors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and availability of IT-Systems, participating in global concepts and projects, monitoring and resolving performance issues, and providing support in line with ITIL standards. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure and continuously improve the reliability and availability of assigned IT-Systems. - Create capacity forecasts, calculate technical requirements, and process sizing requests for life-cycles or expansions. - Participate in designing global concepts, processes, and service improvements, and relevant projects. - Monitor, analyze, and resolve performance issues, install and configure IT systems, software, firmware, etc. - Document and report on service quality, availability, reliability, compliance, and security. - Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, assisting local administrators in resolving incidents and problems in line with ITIL standards. Qualifications Required: - Graduate Degree in Computer Science or Applied Computer Science. - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
