Your Key Responsibilities: - Ensure and continuously improve the reliability and availability of assigned IT-Systems. - Create capacity forecasts, calculate technical requirements, and process sizing requests for life-cycles or expansions. - Participate in designing global concepts, processes, service improvements, and relevant projects. - Monitor, analyze, and resolve performance issues, install and configure IT systems, software, firmware, etc. - Document and report on service quality, availability, reliability, compliance, and security. - Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, assisting local administrators in incident and problem resolution in alignment with ITIL standards. Your Qualifications: - Graduate Degree in Computer Science or Applied Computer Science. - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
