We’re Hiring: IT Systems Administrator – Team Lead
Location: Hybrid – Chennai | Experience: 3–6 Years | Bond: 2 Years

Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure? Join our team to lead and manage IT systems, networks, and cloud platforms with efficiency and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain Windows & Linux servers, networks, and endpoints.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 (Azure AD) and Google Workspace administration.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Handle endpoint security, MDM (Intune/JumpCloud), and IT asset tracking.
• Provide L1–L3 support via ticketing tools and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage licenses, vendors, and hosting (domains, FTP, MySQL, etc.).

What You Bring

• 3–6 years’ hands-on experience in system & network administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Certifications

Azure / M365 / Network+ / Security+ / CCNA / ITIL

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
