IT Systems Administrator

3 to 4 years of experience in IT systems administration with a focus on Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.

Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including license management and service configuration

. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, or similar MDM/EMM solutions.

• Familiarity with third-party remote management platforms (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, MobileIron, or comparable tools).

• Knowledge of Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) identity management and security policies. • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Apple iOS/iPadOS endpoint configuration, patching, and compliance enforcement.

• Proficiency in using remote support solutions such as Endpoint Manager remote assistance, RDP, or third-party remote support tools.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Strong communication and documentation abilities for both technical teams

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
