IT System Admin

Role Overview: As an IT Systems Administrator at e.l.f. Beauty, Inc., you will be part of a global team responsible for providing first and second level support for technical infrastructure, including laptops running Windows OS, mobile devices, end-user applications, and services. Your role will involve installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, software, and IT services. You will troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance when required. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure end-to-end user experience and act as a single point of contact for user incidents and requests - Provide white glove support experience for senior management - Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner, communicate progress promptly, and handle customers with a professional attitude - Log and track incidents and requests, following up with other resources to ensure resolution - Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex problems for end-users, recommending and implementing corrective solutions - Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot users workstations and related hardware and software to deliver required service levels - Engage other IT resources to resolve incidents beyond your ability or responsibility Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in an IT systems administration function in a global company in the retail or technology sector - Passionate about providing service and maintaining a professional demeanor - Ability to provide proper customer service with pleasant communication skills - Willingness to provide on-call support and off-hours maintenance work when necessary,
