We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist our teams with technical queries. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve IT issues promptly. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Monitor and maintain system performance and security. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Why Join Us? Competitive pay (₹1200/hour). Flexible hours.
