IT Support Lead

Role Overview You will lead and manage a team of IT support professionals providing L2/L3 support for Unix servers and Middleware applications. Qualification Required - 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Operations support, with a strong focus on Unix servers and Middleware technologies. - Proven experience in L2/L3 support in an enterprise environment. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in production environments. - Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with stakeholders and clients.
