IT Support Lead

As the IT Operations Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of IT support professionals to provide L2/L3 support for Unix servers and Middleware applications. Your key duties will include overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Unix servers and Middleware systems, monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes and updates in production environments. You will also provide escalation support for critical incidents, guide the team in problem resolution, ensure adherence to operational procedures and best practices, lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews for critical incidents, as well as prepare and maintain system documentation, processes, and knowledge base articles. To excel in this role, you should have 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Operations support, with a strong emphasis on Unix servers and Middleware technologies. You must demonstrate proven experience in L2/L3 support in an enterprise environment, possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in production environments, and exhibit the ability to lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with stakeholders and clients are essential. The interview for this position is scheduled for 22nd March in Pune, to be conducted face-to-face. Please note that this is a full-time, on-site role in Pune, with a 5-day workweek.
