You will be working as an IT Support Executive to provide assistance with antivirus software installations, renewals, and addressing performance-related issues for users based in the United States. Your key responsibilities will include guiding users through the installation process, assisting with license key activation, troubleshooting issues related to virus detection, quarantine, and firewall settings, as well as recommending security plans when suitable. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of various antivirus software such as Norton, McAfee, Avast, etc., along with strong spoken English skills. Prior experience in support or sales would be advantageous. This is a full-time and permanent position based in Mohali, India, with the requirement to work during the night shift. The work location will be on-site.,
