Job Description

 We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide banking-level assistance to our customers.  Research and identify solutions to software issues.  Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.  Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or Ticketing tool, until they’ve solved a technical issue.  Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.  Ensure all issues are properly logged.  Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.  Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within peers, L2 and L3 Support organizations. Responsibilities  Proficient with relational databases (ORACLE, MySQL, MS SQL)  Knowledge / Experience with Java or C++ (OOPs Concepts)  Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs  Default ports for HTTP / FTP / MYSQL etc.  Basic knowledge of Banking  Basic knowledge of SSL Certificates, Tomcat Servers etc  Basic Knowledge of Network Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,462.81 - ₹20,559.49 per month Shift: Day shift Work Days: Weekend availability Experience: IT support: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
