We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide banking-level assistance to our customers. Research and identify solutions to software issues. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or Ticketing tool, until they’ve solved a technical issue. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Ensure all issues are properly logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within peers, L2 and L3 Support organizations. Responsibilities Proficient with relational databases (ORACLE, MySQL, MS SQL) Knowledge / Experience with Java or C++ (OOPs Concepts) Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs Default ports for HTTP / FTP / MYSQL etc. Basic knowledge of Banking Basic knowledge of SSL Certificates, Tomcat Servers etc Basic Knowledge of Network Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,462.81 - ₹20,559.49 per month Shift: Day shift Work Days: Weekend availability Experience: IT support: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
