IT Support Engineer

Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to help our team and customers with computer and technology-related issues. You will solve problems related to software, hardware, networks, and other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help employees and users with computer problems (hardware or software).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other devices.
• Set up new users and manage access to systems.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot issues to keep everything running smoothly.
• Fix internet, email, or network connection problems.
• Keep records of problems and how they were solved.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of computers, networks, and software.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and help others patiently.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic network troubleshooting.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar (or equivalent experience).
