Job Description

Perform daily technical support tasks for desktop, data, and server management.
Set up and test computer peripherals.
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
Updating employees on the status of their service request/Incident Tickets
Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
Implement system changes in accordance with organizational policies.
Provide remote desktop troubleshooting and support to end-users via email, chat, and phone, while documenting ticket maintenance.
Work on any ticketing tool.
Possess basic knowledge of network troubleshooting, including Ethernet and IP configuration.
Understand network security practices and anti-virus programs.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers
Possess excellent communication skills.
