Dear Candidate , We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage system administration for Windows and Linux environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux systems, and Active Directory . Set up and manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies . Maintain IT asset management and documentation . Install and configure OS, software, and network peripherals . Assist in server maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery planning . Required Skills & Qualifications: OS: Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2016/2019), Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) Networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls IT Support Tools: Remote Desktop, SCCM, ITIL Framework Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
