Key Responsibilities: - Provide IT support by monitoring daily system and batch processes - Ensure all essential system services are operational - Activate required batch jobs and ensure successful execution - Conduct basic system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary - Adhere to the provided shift schedule for 24/7 support - Diligently escalate problems to Leads - Generate regular reports on batch status Qualification Required: - Diploma in IT, Data Analytics, or related fields - Willingness to commit to a 3-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on project needs - Comfortable with shift arrangements, including night shifts for production support - Experience in dashboarding with Tableau/Power BI is advantageous - Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in written and verbal communication - Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure Additional Details: EY offers a competitive remuneration package aligned with your experience, where performance is recognized at both individual and team levels.
