Job Description

Overseeing the receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing of IT equipment, ensuring accurate stock records.
Maintaining a detailed inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
Processing and fulfilling IT equipment requests from employees or other departments.
Liaising with vendors for procurement, returns, and repairs of IT equipment.
Assisting with the maintenance of IT infrastructure and ensuring the security of stored assets.
Handling administrative duties related to the IT store, such as tracking pending and returned products and submitting invoices.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office
