E xperience Required: 2-3 years of sourcing experience Contractual Role: 6 months/12 month Job Location: Jaipur/Gurugram (Hybrid working) Reporting to: Senior Manager, TA Role Overview: Punchh/PAR is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the contractual position of Talent Sourcer, with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity. In this role, you will work consultatively with hiring managers and stakeholders. This role requires a balance of creativity, focus, and determination. What You'll Need and Do Experience: 2+ years of sourcing experience Strong knowledge of ATS systems is a must Experience in pipelining, candidate generation, and qualification using varied techniques (both virtual and in-person) Proven ability to creatively and resourcefully source candidates Skills: Excellent phone presence and the ability to qualify talent (both tech and non-tech) Experience managing multiple job openings simultaneously Strong team-centric mindset; demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in an agile environment Responsibilities: Strategize and utilize various sourcing techniques and channels to identify candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles Engage passive candidates and understand their aspirations while providing detailed information on position requirements and company vision Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess basic qualifications Act as Punchhs cultural ambassador and foster long-term relationships with candidates Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape Maintain accurate and compliant candidate pipeline records in ATS (Greenhouse) Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies Creative and professional communication skills, embracing company culture, values, and vision Strong ability to adapt to change, take initiative, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a resourceful work ethic requiring minimal supervision Proficiency in Google Suite, ATS tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter Youll be tasked with supporting recruiters and hiring managers, building high-performance teams, and partnering wherever needed. This role will involve sourcing and hiring across all teams and functions at Punchh, creating robust candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
