As a member of the technical consulting-based sales team, your role will involve understanding client requirements, guiding them, and providing consulting to build solutions. The approach focuses on establishing meaningful relationships rather than resorting to blind cold calling tactics. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Initiating first contact with incoming leads through calls, emails, chats, etc. - Building rapport with prospects to arrange meetings with Business Development Managers (BDMs). - Creating documents and proposals as guided. - Providing support to the assigned BDM to facilitate deal closures. - Demonstrating a strong desire for growth and a drive to excel in your role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT services pre-sales. Additionally, the following requirements are essential: - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - High level of presentation skills and confidence. - Basic knowledge of web and app development services. - Experience in working with offshore or enterprise clients from India. - Proficiency in working on proposals, SRS documents, and wireframing tools. - Background in core IT services selling organizations, preferably web and mobile application development. - Strong desire for a serious and long-term career in IT pre-sales. - Willingness to work on tasks beyond regular office hours, including online meetings, document work, wireframing, etc., from home.
