Description
In this dynamic global technology company, Schaeffler, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of SAP EHS solutions to ensure effective management of employee health and safety. Your responsibilities will include driving project milestones, coordinating resources, and overseeing project deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP EHS implementation with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise on configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP EHS modules tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, rollout, and enhancement of SAP EHS solutions to ensure effective management of employee health and safety. - Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables. - Contribute to demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP EHS implementation with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Provide technical expertise on configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP EHS modules. - Analyze current health and safety processes to identify areas for improvement and integration within SAP EHS. - Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for the deployment and operation of SAP EHS solutions. - Ensure accurate reporting and data analysis through SAP EHS to support strategic decision-making. - Support daily operations related to EHS solution, ensuring seamless system functionality. - Resolve incident tickets and service requests, ensuring continuous system availability and performance. - Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization. Qualifications: - Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. - Several years of experience in project management, particularly in executing HR IT initiatives related to EHS. - Proven experience of at least 6 years in implementing and managing SAP EHS within a corporate environment. - Strong understanding of employee health and safety regulations and leading practices. - Proficiency in SAP EHS modules, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in configuration and operation. - Familiarity with SAP Interface Technology, RFC, and OData for data integration. - Understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP programming for development support. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment. - Experience with agile and waterfall approaches, including tools like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA. - Good understanding of enterprise integration and challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments.
