Who We’re Looking For

• Candidates

  from Kerala

  or with strong familiarity with the region
• Must be

  fluent in Malayalam

  (spoken & written)
• Experience in IT support, infrastructure, or security monitoring

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches and incidents
• Review logs from firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and IDS tools
• Investigate violations and escalate incidents appropriately
• Support incident response activities and security controls
• Enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external solution providers / OEMs
• Assist in user access reviews and asset inventory management
• Ensure proper incident reporting and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years

  experience in IT support, infrastructure, or security monitoring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (Malayalam + English preferred)
