We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience with the Upwork platform and a knack for identifying new business opportunities in the digital space.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Create and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Draft effective proposals and close deals successfully.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bidding and lead generation on Upwork.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle international clients.
• Understanding of IT services, especially Shopify, web development, and digital marketing.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven individual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
