IT Sales Operations & Client Support Executive

We are looking for an IT Sales Operations & Client Support Executive to support the sales team, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth post-sales communication. Freshers with good coordination skills and experienced professionals are welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with client coordination and follow-ups.
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain sales data, client details, and follow-up records.
• Assist in proposal sharing, onboarding, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and delivery.
• Resolve basic client queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track order status, payments, and service timelines.

Experienced Candidates

• 6 months+ experience in sales operations, client support, or coordination.
• Experience in IT services or digital marketing industry is a plus.
