Job Description:

Sunfocus Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Mohali (Phase-8), is hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in the mobile and web development industry. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions and be capable of identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT products, services, or solutions .
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract finalization.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth implementation and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT products and services (software, networking, cloud, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred:

• Experience with solution-based selling or consultative sales approach.
