Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the IT development and digital marketing services sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets for IT services and digital marketing solutions. - Identifying and prospecting new clients through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels. - Understanding client requirements and presenting customized solutions such as websites, mobile apps, custom software, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. - Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. - Collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and marketing to ensure seamless client onboarding. - Maintaining a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and providing regular sales forecasts. - Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing long-term client relationships. - Conducting market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities. - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Your skills and qualifications should include: - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in IT services and/or digital marketing. - Strong understanding of web development, mobile applications, custom software, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience in using CRM platforms for lead and pipeline management. - Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. The work location is in person.,
