Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates eager to embark on a career in B2B sales. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential B2B clients and market segments. Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking. Present and promote company products/services to potential clients. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus. Strong interest in B2B sales and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
