Job Description

IT Sales Cold Caller

Location : Thane/Remote( For the right candidate )

Timings : 8.30pm to 4.30am M-F

Job Brief

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Sales Cold Caller to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients, using persuasive communication skills to introduce our IT products/services and qualify leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls
to a target list of potential businesses in the IT sector.
Use a provided script and effective sales techniques
to engage prospects and present our value proposition.
Identify potential clients' pain points and requirements
to determine if our solutions meet their needs.
Qualify leads
and schedule appointments or warm handoffs for the senior sales team to close deals.
Accurately record and maintain prospect information
and call outcomes in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
Handle objections and address initial questions
about our IT services with patience and professionalism.
Go the "extra mile"
to meet and exceed monthly lead generation and appointment setting quotas.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales role is a plus (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills may be considered).
Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with IT products, services, or a strong willingness to learn about the industry.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
