IT Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring IT talents in India to meet the companys current and future technology needs. This role requires a deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment strategies. Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the IT staffing needs and role requirements. 2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to recruit qualified candidates. 3. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. 4.Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements. 5.Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation. 6.Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with IT teams. 7.Build and maintain a network of potential IT candidates for future hiring needs. 8.Maintain up-to-date recruitment records and reports and conduct onboarding process. 9.Stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruitment and emerging technologies. 10. Responsible for preparing Monthly staff reports, time sheets and preparing Monthly Staff Salaries statements. 11. Regularly coordinating with the employees and evaluating employee performance and providing feedback to help them improve and resolve issues raised at regular intervals. 12.Should be willing to take up any additional responsibility as and when assigned to you from time to time. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / Bachelor's degree / higher in a relevant field. Required 2 to 3 years IT recruitment experience in India. Having experience in US IT Staffing will be considered an added advantage . One who can source profile for contact opportunities
