Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in IT hiring. You will be trained on end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and working with clients and internal hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Understand IT job descriptions and identify suitable profiles based on skill requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Support in end-to-end recruitment cycles under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Communicate with candidates professionally regarding job details, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Work closely with the team to meet daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Promote company branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT skills/technologies (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong enthusiasm to build a career in IT Recruitment / HR.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
