We're Hiring: IT Recruiter Location: Sector 132, Noida (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & interview) About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter with up to 1 year of relevant experience to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the IT hiring ecosystem and wants to build a long-term career in tech recruitment. What You’ll Do: Understand technical job requirements and source the right candidates through various platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines. Schedule and manage candidate interviews. Maintain and update internal databases and hiring trackers. Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For: 0 to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory). Strong knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and other professional networks. Good understanding of various IT technologies and roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Technical preferred). Why Join Us?
