* Location: Guindy, Chennai
* Role: HR IT Recruiter* Qualification: MBA HR* Experience: 1 to 2 years in IT recruitment* Working Days: Monday to Friday + Half Day on Saturday (based on weekend drive and deadline)* Working Hours: 8 - 9 hours per day* Employment Type: Full Time (Work from Office)

* Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes across various domains.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, internal database, and other platforms.Conduct screening calls, interview coordination, and follow-ups.Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.Maintain daily recruitment trackers and pipeline reports.Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

* What We’re Looking For:
Male/Female candidates with strong communication skills in Tamil, English and HindiMinimum 1 year experience in IT recruitment (Software Developers, QA, Support, etc.).Ability to handle both volume hiring and niche IT skill recruitment.Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.Good knowledge of job portals, social media sourcing, and screening techniques.
