Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process, helping us attract and onboard top talent that drives our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop talent pipelines
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
Build and nurture relationships with potential hires and external agencies

Qualifications

1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools
A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
