Job Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  
• Understand job descriptions and ensure accurate candidate mapping.
  
• Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, and salary fitment.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up until closure.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cyclefrom requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and daily/weekly recruitment trackers.
  
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  
• Work on multiple IT requirements under tight timelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (1 to 4 years).
  
• Good understanding of technologies like Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.
  
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
