Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles across various domains.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates from job portals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the recruitment database
• Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Support HR team with documentation and onboarding tasks
• Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute ideas

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
