We are hiring an **IT Recruiter** for a **product-based / product-led tech environment**.

**Key Requirements**

• 3–5 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience
• **Mandatory: Experience hiring for product companies or product engineering teams**
• Strong sourcing for technical roles (Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure)
• Ability to understand technical requirements and conduct initial screenings
• Experience working closely with hiring managers and closing roles efficiently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

**Responsibilities**

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality tech talent
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Drive timely closures with quality hires
