PRI India IT Services Private Limited (PRI Global) is a leading IT services and IT consulting company committed to driving innovation and excellence in everything we do. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT recruiter to join our team to help us attract and hire top IT talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various IT positions, including software developers, system administrators, and other technical roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Identify qualified candidates and profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., boolean search).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Maintain candidate databases (i.e. via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruitment, including salary trends, skill demand, and sourcing techniques.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports; track metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline.

What Were Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Track record of success in attraction of industry-leading talent for immediate business needs
  • 1+ years of staffing/recruitment/sourcing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computers, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and required skills.
  • Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong worth ethic and professionally driven
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Create strong relationships with candidates.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably with JobDiva.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
