Role Overview

Contract-to-Hire (C2H) BFSI Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for C2H positions in BFSI domains (Banking, FinTech, NBFCs, Insurance).
Understand
business requirements, skill needs, and role expectations
from hiring managers.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor networks, and databases
.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on
technical skills, domain experience, and C2H fitment
.
Coordinate
interviews, feedback, offer rollouts, onboarding, and compliance documentation
.
Maintain accurate
recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics
.
Ensure adherence to
TATs, SLAs, and compliance norms
specific to BFSI hiring.

Required Skills & Experience

3 to 6
years of experience in
C2H / Contract staffing recruitment
, preferably BFSI-focused.
Strong understanding of
BFSI roles
Experience recruiting for
banks, FinTechs, or large BFSI clients
.
Location: Chennai, sholinganallur
Work Mode: Work from office Monday to Friday
