Position : Site Reliability Engineer Lead

Experience : 9 to 15 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 Days (Not more than)

Responsibilities:

The role of the SRE on a daily basis:

• Train SREs and their managers on SRE practices

• Coach and support: transmit an SRE mindset based on Agile and SRE approaches, be on the field on a daily basis with the SRE

  (1 to 1 meetings) to identify areas for improvement on the IT production of the application, support the SRE on the implementation of solutions so that the SRE increases its skills, evaluate the increase of the practices maturity.
• Participate in the recruitment of SREs and their evaluation: administer recruitment tests, give feedback to the hiring manager
• Co-construct the transformation strategy and the support plan by participating in workshops, brainstorming with the transformation team and producing training content.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

• A SRE lead is a SRE profile with at least 5+ years of experience as SRE and overall IT experience above 10 years, capable of leading an SRE transformation into an operational ecosystem.
• Prior experience in IT Production with an Application Integration mission is strongly appreciated. Or A developer who goes into production knowing the production requirements.
• Resource should have a good coaching posture: believe in the other persons ability to find their own solutions and support them in doing so.
