Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing top tech talent, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating with hiring managers—all while working remotely. You should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a proven track record in filling IT roles across domains and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements from internal stakeholders or clients and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess technical and soft skills.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer roll-out and joining follow-up.

- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and status in ATS or Excel trackers.

- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience (preferably in both product and service-based companies).

- Strong exposure to hiring for roles such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, QA, and Full Stack Developers.

- Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other platforms.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
