Role & responsibilities You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Key responsibilities include: Understanding client requirements and executing a search plan to identify potential candidates Sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as internal databases, job boards, headhunting, and networking Engaging candidates by strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations Counselling candidates to help them make informed career decisions Evaluating candidate profiles for role fitment (Screening & Shortlisting) Building and strengthening candidate relationships for networking and headhunting passive job seekers Managing scheduling and coordination activities throughout the recruitment process Building and strengthening client relationships to enhance service delivery Taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Conducting market mapping exercises to assess talent availability regularly Preferred candidate profile Experience Required: 6 months to 1 years of experience in the recruitment industry Excellent ability to connect with professionals Strong client management skills Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Perks and benefits
