Job Description

As an HR professional with 2-4 years of experience in Bangalore, your primary focus will be on recruitment activities. This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Alongside recruitment, you will also need to have a broader understanding of other HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This knowledge will enable you to advise hiring managers on workforce needs and support the onboarding process for new hires. Key responsibilities include: - Candidate sourcing: Utilizing job boards, networking, social media, and other channels to identify potential candidates. - Resume screening: Reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates matching job requirements. - Interview scheduling and coordination: Managing interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates. - Conducting interviews: Performing phone and in-person interviews, asking relevant questions to assess skills and fit. - Candidate evaluation: Assessing candidate qualifications against job requirements. - Offer letter creation and negotiation: Preparing job offers, negotiating salary, and benefits. - Background checks and reference verifications: Conducting necessary checks as required. - Onboarding support: Assisting new hires with paperwork and company introductions. - Compliance with employment laws: Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations. - Employee management: Onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and monitoring morale. - Compensation and benefits: Administering plans and assisting with benefit administration. - Training and development: Designing and implementing training programs. - Policy administration: Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. - Reporting: Compiling and preparing reports on HR data and personnel records. - Communications: Creating and distributing internal communications. Skills and qualifications needed for this role: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements. - Basic knowledge of HR functions like benefits administration and employee relations. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job also involves generalist HR tasks, IT recruitment, and report generation.,
