IT Project Trainee

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Intern to support our IT team in managing and executing various technology-driven projects. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation, and support for software development and implementation initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in planning and coordinating IT projects under the guidance of the project manager, supporting the documentation of project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, tracking project progress, and maintaining project schedules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, ensure timely updates, participate in project meetings, prepare meeting notes and status reports, perform basic data analysis and testing support when required, as well as assist with troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues. To qualify for this role, you should be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, having a basic understanding of project management concepts and IT systems, good communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required. This internship opportunity offers a full-time position for freshers. Food will be provided, and the work schedule is during the day shift. The work location is in person.
