IT Project Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Intern to assist our IT team in managing and executing various technology-driven projects. This internship will provide hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation, and support for software development and implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating IT projects under the guidance of the project manager.
• Support in documenting project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Help in tracking project progress and maintaining project schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure timely updates.
• Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting notes and status reports.
• Perform basic data analysis and testing support as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and IT systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
