We are immediately hiring for IT Project Manager.

IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT projects/programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Agile best practices.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and manage change effectively.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  

Required Experience:

• Total Experience:

  7 to 10 years

• Relevant Experience:

  Minimum 6 years in IT project management

• Agile Experience:

  At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments

• Tools:

  Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar Agile PM tools

Key Skills:

Primary Skills :

• 6+ years of program or large-scale IT project management experience .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  

Secondary Skills (Desirable):

• Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• SAFe Agilist (SA)
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
