Job Description: You will be responsible for coordinating, controlling, and monitoring changes to the systems environment to ensure operational stability. Your role will involve planning and executing service transitions, as well as post-transition activities. You will need to confirm that there are defined service commitment points for each transition program and ensure that service readiness documents are created and accepted by stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to the up-front planning, scheduling, and successful deployment of releases.
