IT Project Coordinator

As an IT Project Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and monitoring IT projects throughout their lifecycle. - Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication. - Creating and maintaining project documentation, reports, BRD/FRD, and other relevant materials. - Tracking project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring that deadlines are met. - Assisting in requirement gathering and translating client needs for the technical team. - Conducting meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining effective communication channels. - Identifying potential risks and proactively escalating them for timely resolution. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT project coordination or management. - Strong understanding of BRD/FRD documentation, client communication, and requirement analysis. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under deadlines. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana would be advantageous.
