IT Project Coordinator

You will be working as a Project Coordinator in the IT Software / Mobile App Development field. As a part of our fast-growing IT services company, you will be involved in building cutting-edge mobile and web applications for clients across various industries. Your role will be crucial in supporting our development team and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, resources, and information among clients, developers, and designers. You will assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with senior management. It will be essential for you to maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Tracking project progress and performance using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana will also be part of your duties. You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, ensuring smooth project flow. Monitoring deliverables to guarantee timely completion and high-quality output will be another key aspect. Identifying potential risks or bottlenecks and escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders will be crucial for project success. Acting as the single point of contact for clients and ensuring clear, professional communication will be a significant part of your role. Additionally, you will support QA teams during testing and UAT phases, ensuring product quality. Adherence to agile development practices and project workflows will also be expected from you. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and have 1-3 years of experience in project coordination within an IT/software/mobile app development environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Slack, etc., will be essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously are required. A basic understanding of mobile and web technologies is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience in client-facing roles, exposure to project management tools like MS Project, Monday.com, and certification in Agile/Scrum or PMP (a plus).
