This position is responsible for ensuring day-to-day support to the employees as well as being able to maintain and modify the existing ERP applications and generate reports/dashboards as per the business requirements. The Infra support includes desktop/ laptop and associated peripheral support as well as network and local servers and associated setups and configuration. This position will remain responsible for Infrastructure support for various IT and Digital projects in the unit.
This position needs to coordinate with Corporate ERP as well as non-ERP team to implement the new application initiatives in the plant.
This position also will explore technical solutions for Infra and determine the applicability of the same to the unit and make recommendations for deployment in co-ordination with Corporate Infra team.
This position will be the SPOC for Corporate infra projects for units.
