Direct Responsibilities For a predefined applications scope take care of: Incidents Requests Changes Ensure that SLA targets are met for above activities Handover to Italian teams if knowledge and skills are not available in ISPL Coordinate closely with Rome IT Application Production Teams s and also all other BNL BNP Paribas IT teams (Incident coordination, Security, Infrastructure, Development teams, etc.) Contributing Responsibilities Contribute to the knowledge transfer with BNL Application Production team Contribute to the definition of procedures and processes necessary for the team Help build team spirit and integrate into BNL BNP Paribas culture Contribute to incidents analysis and associated problem management Contribute to the regular activity reporting and KPI calculation Contribute to continuous improvement actions, especially the lessons learned from handovers to Paris Contribute to the acquisition by ISPL team of new skills & knowledge to expand its scope Technical & Behavioral Competencies For the reinforcement of our team, we are looking for an Application Production Supports with these skills: 1. Infrastructure Administration Open Environment: Operating System : RedHat Linux 6.x, 7.x, 8.x AIX 7 System Scripting Familiarity with database technology is required: TERADATA 17.10 and 17.20 Familiarity with IBM InfoSphere Datastage technology is required: IBM InfoSphere Datastage 9.1 and 11.7 Installation, configuration, backup, Performance & Tuning Capability to execute and analyze scripts and complex queries General competences: 2. General IT infrastructure knowledge 3. Service Now ticketing system Specific Qualifications (if required) DATASTAGE: administrative management of the product and knowledge of the development part for reading logs and error management and their solutions. TERADATA: Knowledge of the TERADATA appliance in the administration part and the main features, knowledge of the Viewpoint and the BAR In-depth knowledge of SQL ANSI and TERADATA parser Basic knowledge of Italian language can be an advantage
