Job Description

Shopping Cart Creation as per the set process. Cart to PR tracking and follow up where required AMC Renewals, track and ensure all AMC s are renewed as per expiry date Fortnightly Meeting with various teams Payments Track all invoices for necessary approvals Track and monitor timely payment of all invoices shared with Finance Review of all invoices as per policy and GST standards Stock Transfer Process: Review requirements raised by end users Create necessary STO / PR / PO / Invoice as per the information shared by end user Monitor the transfer and close the process once delivered Trackers and Presentation : Create and maintain trackers for all carts created Create and maintain STO tracker Create and maintain AMC tracker Create and maintain Invoice tracker Monthly provision creation Prepare fortnightly, monthly and quarterly presentation as per timelines Analysis as and when required as per management need The role is not restricted to the above roles and responsibilities only, there could be additional responsibility that may get added based on candidate s ability to perform complex tasks and multitasking with the Governance framework. Requisition Management Pan India for IT material / services : Managing all the Cart creation / tracking / follow up Cart tracker management Managing all the AMC renewals for the year Managing AMC tracker and follow up for upcoming AMC s Collaboration with B&C team for PO release along with fortnightly cadence for ensuring sync with the team Invoice Process Management : Ensuing invoices are compliance as per internal process and GST compliance Invoice end to end tracking for payments Vendor management for issue resolution Invoice tracker maintenance Provision Create monthly provision based on carts created / invoice processed Sharing the same with the team by month end Stock Transfer process Managing end to end stock transfer process Creating necessary STO s in SAP for IT material based on requirement Presentations Creating and sharing monthly CIO dashboard Creation and sharing fortnightly CEO dashboard Other dashboards as and when required Trackers Creating and sharing various trackers monthly (Cart Tracker / Invoice Tracker / STO tracker / AMC renewal tracker / B&C fortnightly) Key Skills 1Presentation Skills 2Ability to understand technology that is implemented 3Analytical Thinking 4Interpersonal Skills 5Ability to handle stress and work under pressure 6Negotiation Skills 7Communication Skills 8Execution Excellence
